Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! As long as courier services in your country are operating normally, we’ll deliver right to your door.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
After you’ve placed your order, it’ll take us 2-3 working days to make your poster. When it’s done, it’ll take another 5-7 days to make its way to you. We’ll send you an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. If you need your order urgently, send us an email at cartografik.designs@gmail.com.
How much does shipping to my country cost?
Shipping rates will be updated on 15 October 2024.
How do you make sure your posters arrive in good shape?
We’ll roll up your poster inside a shipping tube, which will protect it against creases and tears. If your poster is damaged during shipping, please let us know at cartografik.designs@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or get a refund for my purchase?
Each Cartografik poster is unique and made to order. We cannot resell an unwanted poster to a different customer. This prevents us from being able to offer returns or refunds. If you believe we got your order wrong, however, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Product Customization
What kind of paper do you use?
We print on thick, high-quality poster paper. Unless you tell us otherwise, our preference is to use semi-glossy paper.
Do you take special requests?
Yes! If you’re not happy with the options on our product page, send our designer an email at cartografik.designs@gmail.com. Everything from the layout to the color scheme is customizable. Extras such as logos and markers are possible too.
The size I want isn’t listed on the product page.
We can design any size of map you like, up to and including wallpaper, wall hangings, and murals. For this and all other special requests, please reach out to our designer at cartografik.designs@gmail.com.
